All these city of Toronto gardens were built and planted in 2024 at considerable expense. The poor quality soil the city used was contaminated with invasive w**d seeds and that’s why the gardens are being taken over by quick spreading w**ds that outcompete good plants. Plus the fact the city has not once w**ded or scheduled even one maintenance visit.
