Unit R Unit® is a custom wood studio located in downtown Toronto that takes clients’ ideas and designs and makes them happen.

We create handmade furniture, custom-built for your needs with a country look and urban feel. We specialize in custom woodworking, designing, building and using reclaimed materials and salvaged wood. With a sincere and hard-working demeanor, owner and artisan carpenter, Marcus O’Brien is truly passionate about pleasing his clients and working with wood. From the very beginning, Marcus involves the

client in the process. Collaborating with the client to create the design, and allowing them to see the project as it’s being built is all part of Unit R’s outlook.
