Hot enough for ya?
Check out a real sauna for a little relaxation…
And, yes…it is panelized!

The walls, floors, and ceilings were panelized off-site for easy, accurate, and quick site assembly and finishing. Insulation and panel materials are all-natural, wood-based.
The interior releases the soothing aromas of the lovely locally-sourced unfinished eastern white cedar. And, of course, there is a view connecting one to the calming waters of the bay. A cooling dip is just steps away.

Simple, sensitive, and sustainable spaces for relaxation and rejuvenation.

In reality, Passive House principles are ideally suited for off-grid performance—delivering ultra-low energy use, exceptional comfort, and long-term savings.

Brrrr! It's cold out there! Come for a walk with us!
Tomorrow is the day - the 'Coldest-Night-of-the-Year' when across the country thousands of us hardy Canadians come together to show support for those who have to face living in this cold without proper shelter EVERY day.

Again this year, Sustainable I Architecture for a Healthy Planet will be out walking in support of our neighbours the Red Door Shelter who provide emergency shelter for over 150 people, many of them children with their parents with no safe place to sleep.

Please support the Red Door Shelter by donating to our team at

When it comes to sustainable architecture, the materials we use are just as crucial as the design itself. At Sustainable, we're committed to using high-quality, Canadian-made products that align with our core values: durability, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

In our latest post, we're highlighting some of the top manufacturers and materials that we trust to create beautiful, long-lasting, and eco-friendly spaces. From reclaimed wood flooring to high-performance insulation, these materials not only support sustainability—they enhance the aesthetic and functionality of every project we take on.
