We recently completed a hardwood floor refinishing project in a Thornhill home, restoring original 15-year-old factory-finished floors. The goal was to give the floors a more modern look that would appeal to new home buyers and closely match the new flooring on the first floor.

After reviewing several stain options, the homeowners chose Weathered Oak, which delivered a beautiful, cohesive result. By the end of the project, our clients were extremely happy with both the color and the smooth, refreshed finish.

We recently refinished engineered hardwood floors in a Midtown Toronto home that were showing signs of wear, tear, and noticeable sun fading. The client wanted to preserve the light, natural look of the original stain, so we presented three custom stain samples to help them choose the perfect match. Once the color was selected, we completed the refinishing with a matte finish that refreshed the space while maintaining its original charm. The clients were very satisfied with the transformation!

We recently completed a full basement flooring upgrade! After removing the old carpet, we leveled the concrete subfloor and installed a Dricore subfloor system to improve airflow and create a much warmer, more comfortable feel. We finished the space with stylish, durable luxury vinyl floors—perfect for basement living. In the laundry room, we added cushioned gym mats over the concrete for a soft, practical surface that makes doing laundry a lot more pleasant.
