Our client reached out to install a sliding barn door for their den. Most suppliers couldn’t offer a solution that fit the size requirements while also matching their other doors, so we custom built this door with a 2x6 solid poplar frame and a half inch MDF centre panel. We installed the door with soft close and soft open tracks, a bottom concealed ball bearing guide, and an aluminum channel in the door bottom to receive the ball bearing guide. 2026 represents ’s 10th year in business and we’re looking back and sharing some of our favourite moments from the early years. Before the iconic Fix-it Friend van, we had our little blue Honda Fit hatchback which we would fill to the brim with project materials! We still have a scrappy start-up mentality, but were grateful to have built out a better infrastructure to support our business.

Our clients hired us to find a better solution for their under patio drainage system. The existing plastic panelling was leaking and they wanted to ensure their storage space stayed dry throughout every season. We collaborated with our talented friends at to install corrugated sheet metal (in white), which also looks WAY better. Thanks for another great collab !

Our client had an extra room in their office that they needed touched up so they could actually use it.
We primed and painted the 2 grey walls with Scuff-X which has higher abrasion durability. We also repaired and replaced the baseboards in missing areas with new black vinyl baseboards.
This room is refreshed and officially read for daily use!

We have always loved our open concept ceilings with visible joists at , but we needed insulation to ensure the workspaces stayed cool throughout the increasingly hot summer months. The team added insulation, vapour barrier, and painted the drywall black so it still retained the look and feel from the previous open concept. Not only is it cooler during the summer months, but this will also help with heat retention in the winter, resulting in cost and energy savings. Thank you to the Hubsters for their patience while we completed this important work!

Our clients wanted to spruce up their upstairs deck area by painting the siding and top & bottom rail of the privacy wall with a fresh coat of this sagey-green paint (more specifically, Backwoods 469 by in matte, from ). We prepped, primed, and painted with exterior oil based primer and exterior latex paint and now, this upper deck is ready for some zen relaxation!

Our client hired us to repair the exterior wood paneling below their bay window, which included the main panel, two side panels, as well as the trim between the panel and window. After we set up our scaffolding, we got a first-hand look at how extensive the damage was!
We restored three stories of the front façade, replacing all of the rotted wood pieces, and our friends at installed new flashing over the eavestrough to prevent more rot in the future. We rebuilt the moulding, primed and painted everything to look fresh and new!

A truck backed into an overhang at one of our client’s commercial properties and needed new soffit, fascia, and steel panels as well as repairs to the wood framing underneath.
We collaborated with our talented friends to source and install new panels from to match perfectly. We thankfully had enough materials to also add some extra metal pieces to strengthen that corner, swap out several other damaged panels, and replace the creased soffit pieces with new ones.
At the same property, they also had an eavestrough that was installed incorrectly and needed to be fastened more securely. supplied a piece of steel that we tucked under the roofing, secured with the roofing screws, and riveted the eavestrough to that, adding back the original support and new straps to hold it up.
Very good looking. Very Strong 😆
