There was a manufacturing issue with the garage door we initially ordered and had installed but Greg and team made sure we were satisfied by getting the manufacturer to replace the door with the one we were expecting. He even came by after the installation for some finishing touches. Highly recommended!"

Great review from Mark... "Once again I had a very positive experience with Scarborough Garage Doors i was notified by Greg, with the sales team, that the small manufacture dent in one of my garage doors would be rectified in short order. The dent was so minor that once I was notified I had to go out and see for myself. I hadn't noticed it previously.
Apparently the installer, Tim, had noticed it in their warehouse prior to installation and ordered a new panel immediately. Rather than delay the door installation he installed it and waited for the new panel to arrive. When the new panel arrived we arranged an installation time and Tim installed it in about an hour. As was my previous experience, the team was polite and courteous in all my dealings with them.
