Now Hiring: Residential Construction Lead / Framer

Building homes from the ground up is what we do best — and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing it right. If you can read a set of plans, handle your tools with confidence, and keep a crew moving, we want to talk.
What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day framing and residential construction from foundation to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and job specs on-site
• Work hands-on with hand tools and light equipment: saws, nailers, compressors, skid steers, mini excavator etc.
• Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and other trades to keep timelines on track
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and craftsmanship standards
• Mentor junior crew members and set the pace for the team
What You Bring
• Minimum 3 years experience in residential framing and ground-up construction
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
• Proficient with hand tools and light equipment operation
• Proven leadership skills — you take ownership and can direct a small crew
• Reliable, safety-minded, and take pride in clean, square, plumb work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bonus: First Aid, Fall Protection, or Red Seal Carpenter
