First attempt at hummus after such a long time. I’ve definitely learned a few things since the last time!

Verdict: needs fine-tuning, but a wonderful outcome I’m proud of! So smooth and creamy, but the garlic was a little crispy (which was surprisingly not terrible). Next time will be better!
