We were able to get in and do a quick re paint to get this east vancouver heritage home ready for sale. Turns out they had 4 bids on the first day with the list price at 1.8 million!

We spent some time commuting to Bowen Island this summer. This was the first of the 2 exterior neighboring houses. We used Arbourcoat Stain for the body and Regal Select for the trim.
