BETWEEN USE AND WONDER

We’re excited to invite you to Between Use and Wonder, our first solo exhibition in Canada. Familiar forms take on unexpected gestures as the work moves between function and imagination, allowing the everyday to become slightly unfamiliar.

Join us for the opening reception on Saturday, September 19, or visit anytime through September 26 - we’d love to have you experience the exhibition in person.

He keeps flowers company, looks after cherries and snap peas, and occasionally takes responsibility for pencils, paintbrushes, or kitchen spoons.

One of the faces from our ongoing porcelain cup series, back at the sculpting stage.

Each one starts as a hand-sculpted plaster original before becoming part of the slipcasting process. We like giving them slightly exaggerated expressions and little imperfect details - the kind that make them feel quietly alive.

🛠 You’ll learn:
• Mixing & pouring plaster
• One-part and two-part molds
• Working with texture and form
