We’re excited to be the architects as part of this collaborative team including Montage Development Consultants, Community Land Trust, the City of Coquitlam, and many others delivering 269 upgraded affordable homes with major sustainability and energy-efficiency improvements; including new building envelope systems, insulation, windows, heat pumps, ERVs, and solar panels, improving resident comfort, health, safety, building performance and long-term community resilience. 🌱
