1. Make sure your heat tape is plugged in and working.
2. Properly insulate all exposed water lines from the cold.
3. Leave one or two taps in the house trickling with water to keep movement in the lines and prevent freezing."

Jason came out on an emergency call as we didn’t have hot water. The entire hot water tank needed to be replaced. Jason had the size we needed in stock, and changed out the old one in no time. Super professional and knew what he was doing. He made some suggestions moving forward to support with our hard water, and is committed to helping us find a solution.
