Reasons you'll regret adding a sunroom to your house:

1) You'll have too much extra space you won't know what to do with
2) You'll spend every spare hour out there instead of on the couch
3) You'll be able to sit outside with a coffee in the middle of a rainstorm and not get wet

Terrible investment, would not recommend. 😏
