Full -Time Labourer with valid driver’s license
Clean-up of construction and renovation materials from new construction at Predator Ridge and/or Junk Removal (Residential and Commercial). Roll-off bin truck with bins used to gather materials and dispose of at the landfill. Skid steer use required for part of the job. Small portion of paperwork to be completed daily. Must be self motivated and willing to work with a team. Please note employee’s vehicle must be reliable as they might be asked to drive/meet on site.
Requirements:
- Regular Valid BC Drivers License (abstract will be requested if interviewed)
- We are drug-free workspace, and every candidate must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment
Bonus/Preference:
- Skid steer/bobcat certification ticket or knowledge/experience on a bobcat

Office Assistant - Two small companies under one roof, that go hand in hand (Bin Rentals & Junk Removal)
Our small companies are slowly growing, we are seeking someone who can work with minimal supervision and as apart of a team. Responsibilities include, answering the phones, and dispatching it accordingly. This position will oversee work orders, billing, emails, invoices, processing payments as well as working closely with the office manager. Must be well versed in Microsoft Office and typing including basic computer skills. Operating hours Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4 pm. Must be willing to work closely with the office manager so that days off, etc., are covered for all office staff.

Office Manager for Small Business(s). Two businesses under one roof, both companies go hand in hand. One company is regarding Bin Rentals the other Junk Removal.
We are looking for a person willing to work in a team or independently. Self motivated, well organized, and able to assist other staff in the office. Must be well versed in Microsoft office and with typing, including typical computer skills. Bonus if they are familiar with Sage invoicing program. Will oversee managing the business, from banking, to answering calls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, will work closely with bookkeeper. There will be an office assistant that will share the workload, but applicant must be willing and well versed in both positions. Will oversee organizing the monthly safety meeting, and all filing duties. To share light office cleaning duties to ensure we are following all covid-19 protocols. On site training available. Must be available for operating hours Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm.

This job had everything, Cabins full of refuse, and renovations materials, Metal and wood stacked up everywhere as well as a Large amount of dilapidated vehicles, trailers and motor homes. This shows some of the process as well as the after once we had levelled out pieces of the property with our bobcat services.
