We’ve been a little quiet on here… and that’s a good thing.

Truth is, we’ve been deep in projects—measuring, building, fixing —you name it. When you’re as hands-on as we are, every job gets our full attention… and sometimes posting takes a back seat (or—full transparency—I’m usually knocked out on the couch before I even hit “post” 😄).

We don’t just manage projects—we’re in them. Every detail. Every finish. Every time.

So while our feed might be a bit behind, our work definitely isn’t.

Out with the old, making room for the new 🔨✨

We removed this existing fireplace and chimney to open up the space and create more flexibility for the homeowner’s future layout.

Quick tip:
No permit needed if it’s non-structural and doesn’t affect safety systems.

Permit required if:
• It’s load-bearing
• Structural framing is altered
• Gas, venting, or exterior envelope is affected

Every home is different—always best to assess before swinging the first hammer.
