This cozy nook at the Ardmore renovation in North Saanich has become one of our favourite features.

The home was handed down through the family and creating a space that felt both new and familiar was important from the start.

The renovation project in Ardmore, North Saanich invited us to honour the history of this home while giving the kitchen a new sense of light and ease.

We opened sightlines, reworked the layout and brought in calm finishes that feel right at home with the original character.
The reclaimed beams and trims were carefully restored and reused so the kitchen still carries the charm this family grew up with.

Across the Ardmore renovation, tile became an important design element, adding interest and structure in more than one room.

Here’s a look inside the redesigned ensuite from the renovation in Ardmore, North Saanich.

This room was thoughtfully opened up and rebuilt to bring in more natural light and create a softer, more inviting feel. The updated layout makes space for the freestanding tub as a focal point, framed by a new window and repurposed beams that give the room its calm, refined character.

Every element was approached with care, from the reworked structure to the detailed finishing that ties the space back into the rest of the home.
