A 500 sqft deck a thousand sqft red oak refinishing job and a monster 2400sqft eastern maple prefinished sanded as well as 73 bags of leveler on another site with 1000sqft of hardwood and 900sqft of vinyl. Thats all in 10 days. We are relentless and work our butts off for every client.

Well another crazy week and a bit 1400sqft heritage house were sanding and doing repairs and new install. Also did 1000sqft sand job the floors were very beat up on this oak and it came out like new. Did a kitchen install and also on a massive project in oak bay leveling glue down hardwood and custom nosings and stairs being worked on. This week coming is 3400sqft of sanding and a deck i would say busiest time of year except we haven't stopped and never have slow times. Very proud and humbled by this.

So one house we tore out carpet and hardwood and installed an engineered flooring throughout after extensive leveling. Then we tore out this brand new basement suite literally never been lived in as the company that installed it decided to cut corners and install over massively uneven floor instead of leveling first seriously 1.3 million dollar house and my company has to come redo it before the first owner moves in. Happy to be considered one of the best to do it properly.

I did this job in Nanaimo so many repairs and finger joints to lace in as well as 90sqft area in middle of living room I put picture frame around and sanded 9 stairs, customers are blown away I did all this and refinished it all in 2 days. Head down music going anything is possible with hard work and knowledge.

From installing this beautiful suite which needed perfectly leveling finished by baseboards, after this large house we tore out glue down tiles and installed wonderful vinyl, also refinishing this beautiful 1000sqft house its been quite a week. Shout out to my team for finishing up to allow me to go away on my 11th anniversary weekend. I am so thrilled to have such an amazing flooring team.

Monday 3 layer kitchen tear out and new vinyl install,Tuesday moved to wrap up staining on massive heritage house. We'd little hallway with custom transitions made and coated heritage house. Thursday sanded an small living room,dining room and kitchen. Friday final coated the heritage house 2300sqft 18 super large stairs and 3 smaller stairs. Sand stain and finished. After dismantling entire railing system and reinstalled after. Jobs all came out amazing.
