Just a “little” project.
Kitchen cabinets are being made by John (contact me for his info), striped the paneling off the walls and installed drywall. Sheeted the bedroom in drywall, built a closet in the back room, removed a door and framed in a window, removed the deck outside of that room. Bathroom ceiling being dropped for new ceiling fan install and have to drop the light fixtures too. Flooring need to go in after paint, drywall then trim and onto deck work at the front. More to come.

Little on suite bathroom upgrade. Looking for trim to match fixtures and hardware.

Roof moss removal completed. Replaced a weathered roof vent in the process and sealed all the corners. No more dripping.
Another satisfied customer.

For the past 6 months I’ve been subcontracted to do some interior finishing work on brand new apartments in Esquimalt, ViewRoyal and Victoria. We have just hit our first milestone of 100 completed units and it feels GREAT! Here are some snap shots of the things we’ve been doing.

Another roof saved from early decay. Individually scraped each shingle and used a leaf blower to move all the moss and needles down off the roof. Thank you Adele Modjeski for stopping in at another sight to ask for my assistance. Glad I could help. Looking forward to our next projects.
