🌼Tickets link in bio! 🎟️ This is going to be a special and rare opportunity for the general public to participate in an authentic Dia De Los Mu***os experience. 💀 Victoria has not seen a night like this, so be prepared to immerse yourself in a powerful and genuine experience that is seldom seen outside of the Mexican community.

Doors open at 6 PM for ticketholders to enjoy warm snacks, candies, and drinks. Each admission includes four tickets: two for warm food, one for candy, and one for a non-alcoholic drink. There will also be a cash bar and some great activities! You can learn about altars, take a face painting lesson, or play fun games like Lotteria in the lounge. Additionally, there will be special snacks for sale that can be taken home or enjoyed at the event.

At 8:30, be prepared for our Catrina Fashion Contest! From 10:00 PM onwards, the DJ will rock the party until midnight (or probably longer—ha ha!).

This a fundraising event to keep supporting the Welcome Gardens Program 🧡 Thank you for your support

We are excited to be a distribution partner organization with this year’s Get Growing, Victoria! This program provides food seedlings and soil-building materials with a priority to support underserved communities. The goals of the program are to grow food, grow gardeners, and grow community! We are a part of the collective of neighbourhood associations and community centers across the city helping to distribute seedlings and soil-building materials provided through Get Growing, Victoria! First up is the spring soil-building materials distribution to help prepare residential gardens. As part of the Get Growing, Victoria! program, leaf mulch, compost and woodchips produced at the City’s nursery in Beacon Hill Park will be dropped off at community locations for pick up by residential gardeners.

Please bring your own shovel, containers and bags or boxes to carry your materials and seedlings. Materials will be available while supplies last. 📍 North Park Neighbourhood Association & VIRCS Welcome Garden (Franklin Green - 1045 Mason St.) 📅 Sat. August 3 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
