From vacant for 18 years to Passive House 🏡

A Toronto social housing complex that sat empty for nearly two decades has been given a new life through a Passive House retrofit.

The project demonstrates how high-performance building strategies can play a role in transforming existing housing, improving energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term building performance while bringing much-needed homes back into use.

Our upcoming master class will take learners from the very beginning up to a completed whole-building energy model using the powerful new designPH 2.2 plugin.
