We have added Maidenhair Fern (Adiantum Aleuticum) to our collection! This stunning variety has delicate bright green fronds that are beautifully contrasted to their dark stems. They are well suited to areas with moist soil and partial to full shade. They can even tolerate some standing water. Add this feathery, lush fern to your garden today!

What a display by Holodiscus Discolor (Ocean Spray) this year. Such delicate, elegant white flowers that stand out beautifully against the mostly dark green backgrounds of our native forest. They are going to seed now, so look for these stunning additions to our nursery in the months to come!

Blechnum Spicant (Deer Fern) putting on a show in Port Renfrew. These really are beautiful plants and can grow into giants when given the right conditions. This one is in full sun, but there a consistent water source below ground. The fronds are about three feet high!

We have added another native plant to our inventory! Vaccinium Ovatum (or Evergreen Huckleberry) is an incredibly versatile and underused plant. Hearty and attractive, this tough plant is usually seen in the forest, yet can equally thrive in full sun. Small, white flowers in the spring grow into tasty, tart berries in late summer. Perfect for making jams and jellies. Consider adding this gem to your garden as a companion to large-leafed shrubs such as Rhododendrons, or as a stand alone shrub in attractive groupings. We are excited about this one!
