A look at the transformation at our Boulderwood project.

We installed pavers over the existing faded vinyl deck using a pedestal system, replaced the front fascia, soffit, updated the deck cap flashing, and finished it off with new aluminum glass railings.

Next up: exterior window trims and fascia replacements. Stay tuned.

Wrapped up a stair rebuild this week. The old set was worn out and unsafe, so we rebuilt the stairs from the ground up with solid framing, upgraded combface finish and a fresh paint job to top it off.
