I shared a picture of these empty coops a few weeks ago. They finally filled it with four hens. Last week there were three and this week four. The energy of these hens are so calm and meditative. Walking past them to the neighbours front door I was drawn to pause. These ladies ran into the area closest to the fence and held the softest cooing interactions with me. These moments of animal and connections are so life enriching.

This picture of a great Cedar that stands at the end of a trail before it turns and circles. Waling towards it it was like open arms welcoming the walker towards it. It is locate in 's Royal Oak area.

A song of recognition:

The loving energy was brilliant shortly after an older friend, who passed a few years ago, popped up translucency in the window with a message that it's alright, while emanating love towards me. My concern had been that our heart chakras connected and after hers opened towards me I had to leave. Their message today was, they loved the experience. They conveyed it was the first time they had been seen and first time someone actually listened to them, and cared deeply about their inner well being. Afterwards leaving a students to walk in the areas trail this amazing experience with this cedar greeted me as I was walking towards it. It was the same embracing of overwhelming love and welcome. I paused and connected for a time to somatically feel the experience. , ,

I ran out and grabbed a few leaves of the thistle growing in the yard to chew on fresh spines from the leaves. Early spring plants promote liver detox health. The thistle is one of those, another is the mightily dandelion. This thistle is high in amounts of fiber, protein, and essential minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, and iron. It is higher in nutrients than some leafy veggies. Now is a great time to go thistle hunting! , , , , , .
