From dark, closed off, and outdated… to warm, bright, and built for bringin’ folks together.

This kitchen got the full transformation treatment. We opened up the space by removing the wall between the kitchen and living area, and let me tell ya… what a difference that made. Natural light pours all the way through the home now, and the whole space feels twice as big and ten times more welcoming.

We also added beautiful custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen to maximize every inch of storage space. Tall pantry cabinets, extra drawer storage, clean modern lines — everything was built to not only look good, but function better for everyday living.

Finished it all off with sleek black countertops, stainless accents, updated flooring, and warm wood tones that make the whole space feel cozy while still looking modern and fresh. Now you’ve got a kitchen where everybody naturally wants to gather — whether it’s cooking supper, entertaining friends, or just enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

This one right here is proof that a smart layout, custom storage, and a little vision can completely change the heart of a home.

Yes yes I know, I’ve been slacking again on social media. We’ve been busy!

On that note, here are some before and after pictures of the bathrooms we’ve recently completed in a condo downtown.

Instead of the expense of ripping out the existing tub for a new one, we decided to give it a good clean up instead and work with it. Everything else had to go.

I often get clients asking me if a built in niche is really worth it, and the answer is always yes! Its much cleaner, nothing in the way, nothing hanging from fixtures causing damage, and no poles in the corners creating mold and filth.

A proper niche just looks amazing with a new shower as well. Simple but practical. I will have more to come soon!

Back in October, I was contacted by a wonderful lady trying to get her mother moved into a new home after a rough year for their family.

This massive project included:
• Complete gut of the interior
• New giant kitchen, 3 new bathrooms and showers
• Raising the living room floor so the whole house is one level
• A new walk-in laundry room inside the home
• Updated trim, doors, fixtures, and crown moulding
• Cabinet lighting above & below to make the kitchen pop
• Kitchen redesign to be a hangout spot, not just a workspace
• Removed mudroom & small sink to build a custom walk-in pantry
• All new flooring throughout the entire house
• New mantle and fireplace
• Full interior painting top to bottom
• New electrical wiring, lighting, and plumbing throughout the home

With a spec list this long, it’s no surprise she was struggling to find a contractor who could get it done by spring 2026.

After a rough year for this family, I was determined to give them a fresh start to 2026 and promised completion by year-end.

With careful planning and an amazing team, it all came together seamlessly—and we were thrilled to wrap up before NYE. We even managed to add a few extra touches to make it truly special.

Seeing their expressions and gratitude when they walked in reminded me exactly why I love what I do. 💛

They even told me, “It wasn’t a Christmas miracle… it was a Chris Seeley miracle!” 🎄✨

I couldn’t have asked for a better ending to another amazing year here in Victoria!

This kitchen got a nice upgrade!

Refaced all the cabinets and installed a new backsplash with under cabinet lighting to give it the pop it deserves.

Sometimes all it takes is a bit of TLC to make a big difference in a house.

We’ve been super busy lately! So much so that I’ve neglected social media updates for a while.

On that note, here is a before and after of a condo bathroom Reno we completed recently.

I particularly love the addition of the linen closet as well as the concrete -like tiles from my favorites at Tile Town.

I absolutely love this new bathroom and the clients who own it!

There is a difference between right and wrong. Sometimes it’s the smallest things that help prevent the biggest mess.

And this is why you hire professionals to work on your house. 😱🙄

The amount of fire hazard we have uncovered in this house in becoming incredibly concerning.

Luckily the owners hired professionals. We are going to have to get the entire upstairs re-wired now to get up to code and prevent extensive damage being done. Please folks, don’t let your cousin do your electrical work.
