Projects like this are some of our favourites. Working with Strata Councils allows us to help multi-unit communities plan and complete upgrades that improve both appearance and long-term reliability. Whether the work is completed in a single phase or spread out over several years, we're happy to help find the right solution for the community and its budget.

For this project, we replaced nine existing garage doors with new Clopay 4053 doors in Sandtone, giving the complex a clean, updated look and dependable performance for years to come.

We were both delighted and a little sad to host our final trades orientation with the Construct Your Future (CYF) program through Vancouver Island Construction Association today. This program provides youth and adults with valuable, hands‑on experience in the construction industry and related career pathways.

The dynamic duo of Nico and Kyra spent the last two days with us learning the wonderful world of Overhead Door technicians! They both approached the experience with enthusiasm, asked great questions about the work they were doing, and became much more comfortable on the tools throughout their time in the training center. Several of our technicians are heading over to Vancouver for their Master Technician Certifications through the International Door Association at the BC CDI Trade Show, and the rest of the team is looking forward to attending the show itself on the Friday!
