I ran out of the month! But not garlic.. Here are the Porcelains!
A different subcategory, but still a hard necked garlic. Bulb wrappers are thick and tight. Rich and hot flavors, that store the longest.

Leningrad -
Starts off mild then becomes strong and robust.

Central Siberian - Bold and high-heat! Exceptionally pungent and spicy when raw.

Music - Rich with medium - hot flavor. When cooked, it becomes exceptionally mellow and almost sweet.

Salt Spring - A classic and robust flavor. Pungent when raw, but develops into a smooth, creamy and savory depth when roasted.

Eagle Creek - Known for its strong and stable garlic flavor that holds up well in high-heat cooking. It gives a sharp initial bite followed by a long savory finish.

Spicy Korean! A very hot and spicy flavor!! This one is one of the first varieties to be harvested.

Next up on the Rocamboles....
Red Rezan (A Glazed Purple Stripe)
Delivers a very hot and spicy flavor profile. 🌶️ It is often described as having a "cleansing" heat that is strong but doesn't linger as long as some other Rocamboles.

Burgers made with Weniger's Russian... Result: Tasty and garlicy!
Chopped fine "ish" and mixed with hamburger meat. Added a nice garlic kick 🧄❤️

Another Rocambole: Weniger's Russian

Similar to other Russian Rocamboles, it offers a deep, rich and "True" garlic flavor. This has significant heat that mellows into a sweet, buttery finish when cooked.

Any variety can be dried and saved for later!

Rocambole - Red Russian 🇷🇺

This one has a marbled purple stripe with a brownish-purplish bulb wrapper that's easy to peel. The cloves are similar sized that are all fairly large.

Earthy, creamy and sweet when roasted or cooked. When eaten raw you will find a strong but balanced flavor - with significant heat!🔥

Ukrainian Hot! 🇺🇦🔥
Known for being very sharp and hot, not for the faint of heart when eaten raw! It has a robust, full spicy flavor, that fades into a warm and rich aftertaste.
This garlic would be excellent for salads, pesto or anything else you want a light but snappy taste.
