Another job wrapped up in North York ✅

• R24 installed on all exterior walls
• R24 applied to all low heels to ensure the attic is well insulated, R60 cellulose will be blown on top when it’s ready.
• R31 completed on all sloped ceilings and roof areas

Finished with acoustical seal at all corners and bottom plates, plus taping on all doubles and trouble spots to ensure a tight seal.

Working alongside these guys on a custom build in Scugog. We’re usually working up north, so we don’t get the chance to work with many southern crews, but these guys have been awesome.

Acoustic seal to bottom plates + corners
Taped all double/triple studs and top plates

All sealed up tight to create a proper building envelope!

Wrapped up a busy year on this beautiful custom build in Gravenhurst with

One full day of prep followed by five days of spraying to seal every detail and create a tight, efficient building envelope.

▪️ R-31 (5”) closed-cell spray foam to all cathedral ceilings
▪️ R-22 (3.25”) to all exterior walls and rim joists

Inspection passed with zero deficiencies, and the project stayed on schedule with drywall starting the very next day.
