Just finish this basement Reno in Boston for a wonderful family who are new to the area.
The wish list was...two good sized bedrooms with closets, relaxing and warm family room, luxury 3 piece bathroom, laundry room and guest bed nook. They also wanted me to create some rustic accents throughout. I think we delivered!

It looks just like the blueprint! Progress on the simcoe addition. Framing inspection passed and waiting on window delivery. Steel roof tile to match existing getting installed today.
