I have been a little quiet lately..... it has been a very busy Easter holidays! We have been so lucky to be able to get to the beach 🏖, building sandcastles, running through sand dunes and scouring the rock pools. We are all very tired now!
This is my newest posy containing beautiful dried carrot heads along with white bunny tails and green phalaris.

The sun really has got his hat on this weekend hasn’t he?! 🌞 🎩
In celebration of this lovely weather I have put together this gorgeous new spring posy. This one includes beautiful mustard yellow shades of ammobium and tansy along with bleached bunny tails and phalaris. 💐

I have fallen in love with my new make... it is inspired by the vintage maps that I work with; the rolling hills, contours, rivers and fields. I have enjoyed working with this beautiful colour palette and adding lots and lots of texture, many of the fibres are recycled including sari silk and cotton. It will be the first of many!
I will be adding this to my Etsy shop later on today.... I just need to work out it’s name. Parting with it may also be a little tricky! 💕

These have to be one of my favourite things to make. I started offering these as an alternative to the larger frames... A miniature gift but the sentiment still remains. I love their quirky nature, especially the triangle and hexagon shapes.
The reflective nature of the brass frames the maps beautifully and they each have a colourful recycled sari ribbon to hang them up on your wall, making each one unique.
