For 16 years, Herbs & Spice ‘n’ Everything Nice has been more than a greenhouse.
It has been early mornings, late nights, dirty hands, tired feet, family dinners missed, lessons learned, friendships made, and memories planted alongside every plant that left these doors.
It was built with love, grit, and a whole lot of hope by the women who started it, the daughters who carried the torch with pride and carried forward by a community that showed up year after year.
Today, we’re sharing something we’ve struggled to put into words, one of the hardest decisions, the one that kept us all awake at night, the one that changed on the daily.
This season wasn’t just the end of a chapter.
It was the end of the story.
There will be no reopening next spring.
No fresh shipment days.
No hanging baskets filling the greenhouse.
No familiar faces wandering the aisles after a long winter.
Just a building filled with memories and hearts trying to say goodbye to something that meant so much.
We’re heartbroken.
Not because it was just a business, but because it was a piece of our family, our identity, and our community.
To every customer who became a friend, every child who grew up visiting the greenhouse, every helping hand, every person who chose to support us over the last 16 years…thank you.
You gave this place life.
And while the doors may close, the memories, the friendships, and the impact of Herbs & Spice ’n Everything Nice will stay with us forever.
