Due to unprecedented requests for our services, we're growing again and looking to open up another crew.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Renovator to oversee and execute residential and commercial renovation projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry skills, extensive knowledge of construction techniques, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
This role involves managing various aspects of renovation, restoration, and construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
The Lead Carpenter / Renovator will play a critical role in project planning, ex*****on, and client satisfaction.

• Ability to carry a renovation project from start to finish without supervision
• Demonstrate versatility across multiple trades
• Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, construction renovation, or related fields with leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively and schedule accordingly
• Connect with sub-trades and schedule accordingly
• Ability to read and work from design plans
• Plan and order materials in conjunction with project manager
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Regular updates for project manager
• Troubleshoot and problem solve if necessary
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner

The ideal candidate will have;
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the renovation industry, with strong finishing skills
• A full g licence,
• Access to a reliable vehicle to start (company vehicle will be available after probation period)
• Basic hand tools
• A positive attitude
• Be a team player

This renovation focused on creating a spa-like primary bath that feels open, calm, and luxurious
We replaced the old layout with a custom walk-in glass shower, featuring vertically stacked white tile, a penny tile floor, and matte black fixtures for a clean, modern contrast
A half wall with glass keeps the space bright while adding subtle separation

The soaking area became a true retreat with a freestanding tub, a soft green accent wall, and a statement sculptural chandelier that adds warmth and elegance

On the vanity side, we installed a double wood vanity topped with quartz countertops, paired with arched mirrors, brushed brass lighting, and matte black faucets for a balanced mix of natural and modern elements
Finished with large-format floor tile and a sliding barn door, this bathroom now feels serene, functional, and thoughtfully designed from end to end

As the New Year starts, we would like to share a couple of bathroom renovation projects we completed last year

BATHROOM GLOW-UP

This renovation was all about turning a small space into something polished, timeless, and functional
We went with a navy vanity paired with brushed brass hardware and fixtures for contrast and warmth, topped with a clean white quartz countertop
The statement ornate mirror and modern brass light fixture add just the right amount of character without overwhelming the room

The tub/shower was refreshed with large-format grey marble-look tile and coordinating brass plumbing for a cohesive feel
Underfoot, patterned hex tile flooring adds subtle texture and visual interest while keeping the palette calm and classic
Finished off with custom recessed medicine cabinet storage, this bathroom now feels bright, elevated, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom

A perfect example of how smart design choices can make a compact bathroom feel luxe and intentional!
