After performing residential energy audits in Grey/Bruce for over 15 years, I am hanging up my blower door and retiring when my license with NRCan expires at the end of 2025.
It has been the best career choice to be an entrepreneur and meet so many interesting people and see so many interesting homes across this beautiful area. Helping people save money on heating their homes and the gazillion tonnes of reduced carbon emissions I’ve inspired are equally gratifying!

-Canada Greener Homes Grant/Enbridge HER+: November 30th, 2025
-Ontario/Enbridge HRS program: December 17th, 2025
-Canada Greener Homes Loan: one year from the first audit
-Ontario/Enbridg HRS (no audit stream) for heat pumps, solar panels and attic insulation: no cut off date right now- contact your Enbridge authorized contractor to have them apply on your behalf.
