Its not your fault... Things HAPPEN!
Project add-on's/Updated work orders should be budgeted for before the project starts.
We usually ask our homeowners/customers to have a 20% EMERGENCY fund to make sure the project budget isn't the biggest stresser when taking on a renovation.
We want to provide a positive experience in updating your home, and making it beautiful. Although nobody has 🩻X-RAY🩻 Vision, we want to make sure you...the homeowner! Is involved with the planning, of your dream space, as well as being the first notified if your plans are to be modified due to unforeseen speed bumps.
It's not the contractors to JUST complete the job, it's also the contractors job to:
⭐Update you on what's done & what's still to-do.
⭐Be in contact with you about things that need to be addressed.
⭐Allow you to have a voice n the way "speed bumps" are handled.
⭐Be the decision maker in changes throughout the project.
⭐Choose your Own Finishes! (You're going to be using the space for years & years... You're going to be your own best designer!)
