Justin has been a game changer for our business. Since we have outsourced all of our marketing to him nearly 2 years ago now we have seen tremendous gains in the amount of estimates, jobs and overall revenue.

He designed our new website, manages our social media pages, creates engaging and informative videos, creates and runs our Google and Facebook ads and always has ideas to improve.

When cutting or trimming trees, safety is paramount. Here are the top three safety tips to ensure you and your team remain safe during tree work:

**1. Wear Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Helmet with Face Shield: Protects against falling debris and potential impacts.
Hearing Protection: Essential when using noisy equipment like chainsaws.
Gloves: Provides grip and protects hands from cuts and scrapes.
Safety Glasses or Goggles: Shields eyes from flying particles.
Steel-Toed Boots: Offers protection against heavy falling objects and sharp tools.
Chaps or Leg Protectors: Guard against chainsaw injuries to the legs.

**2. Conduct a Thorough Risk Assessment
Evaluate the Tree: Inspect the tree for signs of instability, disease, or damage. Determine the direction of the fall and identify potential hazards like power lines or structures.
