This kitchen was quite dark originally so the customer asked us to lighten it up so we scanned the colour on the wall and moved up 2 lighter shades on the monochromatic scale. We used the new Diamond low sheen eggshell on the walls. It has a scrubable finish without much sheen.

From safe to exciting. Don't be afraid of colour. This door was painted with Dulux exterior Weatherguard satin finish.

Here are some. before and after pictures of a kitchen. The stained and varnished wood was faded so we primed and applied 2 coats of Dulux melamine. Also we added new handles and painted the toe kick black to bring out the colour of the appliances. The customer was very happy with the overall look and quality of the job. That makes me happy.

They finally installed the carpet and bases I was waiting to take pictures. We did all the painting of the trim and doors as well as installing vinyl on all the walls. As prior, we stained and varnished the stair handrails. Now the job looks complete.

We just finished freshing up the wood stair railings and handrails at the Quality Suites hotel. We ended up having to strip all the handrails right down to bare wood, sand, stain twice and applied 3 coats of Diamond satin varnish. What a hudge difference.
