Luxury limewash finish at the Honey salon on Corydon!

Still feeling grateful for this project 🫶

This video was from one of our first sunny "spring-like" days we had here in Winnipeg and I was feeling so grateful to be doing something creative in the sunshine☀️

The freedom of being a business owner was really felt durng this project. Freedom in time, money, and creativity. Limewash is a very European product, but it's moving here to Canada - I'm so excited to be one of the few artists bringing it to our city!

If you know of anyone doing some renos who might be looking for something special in their space, I would be grateful if you passed my name along. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement for us small businesses and I'm craving another revamp!!! Thank you for all the support and love I'm always recieving🙏

I can't tell you how much I loveee doing these fun wall projects!! If you have an idea for a creative wall but want some help developing it and making it happen I would love to work together! I do free quotes right now as I'm still working at getting my name out there! That being said, the story posts and referrals to my work is EVERYTHING to me, it takes so much time to get my name out as a painter because of the abundance of painters out here so BIG thank you to all of you who've been doing that, I love you mucho!

Hello homeowners and welcome to my new painting page! 🌟
I wanted to make an indroduction post to give you the face & personality of the painter behind the work I will soon be sharing!

So hey, my name is Raina and I've recently kickstarted my own painting business! 🎊 Here's a little bit about myself:

➣ I grew up in a small town an hour south of Winnipeg, but since graduating I've been travelling and seeking adventure and a challenge.
➣ I've always been passionate of the arts and inspired by nature. Before becoming this sort of painter, I considered myself an artist, and still do! (.studio)
➣ In summer 2021, I decided on a whim to go tree planting on the west coast - what a crazy and intense adventure that was! Never in my life have I had to push past so many of my mental and physical limits; I learned that I can take on and handle so much more than I thought possible. I believe that experience gave me the courage to trust myself in this new journey!
➣ I've been working in this field since 2019 and have gained experience in industrial, commercial, and residential painting. Although my time in this industry may seem limited, I was able to climb the ranks quickly and prove myself to be on par with some of the lifelong painters.
➣ Over these last years, I became most passionate for the detail work (there's the artist in me!). I love making a space look beautiful, aesthetic, and homey. I believe anyone can slap some paint in a room, but it takes someone with attention to detail and mastery to give that space a perfectly crisp appeal and a quality finish.
➣ I'm all about keeping things environmentally friendly, so whenever possible I work with products with no VOCs - these products carry less chemicals and have a much subtler smell than other paints.
