One of our main installers suffered a massive leg injury 2 weeks ago. Broken leg & ankle.

Is that going to stop us from keeping our deadlines in order & finishing up projects for the lovely people of Winnipeg ? I think not !

Another Project completed ! Carpet in living room office & hallway. With some Plank in the adjacent room!

Carpeted stairs, & custom hatches for the Cleanouts that are required to be accessible in order to clear debris from the city pipes etc

You can absolutely go over these, but if there’s ever an issue the plumber may not be so tender when remove the flooring and we’d rather plan ahead for any contingencies & make sure the client is happy for years to come 💪🏼

Had to show off this one!

We did some tile in this bathroom a few years back. We also carpetted two bedrooms and I unfortunately didn’t take any pictures of that.

But check out this custom wall panelling! Truly a beautiful custom accent wall.. I remember being so in awe of this home and the fact we were able to work in it was truly such a blessing.

We did do a small repair on the hardwoods aswell, hopefully we get the opportunity to work in more custom homes like this one! ☝🏼

We came to install this plank for a client, but we needed to install some 1/2 plywood as the floor was just far too soft to correctly install the plank.

We install 15 sheets of 1/2 plywood and now this floor is SOLID, I have full faith it’ll last for years to come.

We did all finish trim, two bathrooms in sheet vinyl and the clients couldn’t have been happier.

You can’t play favorites with clients, but we sure do love this one! Their family has supported us and contracted us on many occasions to revilatize their spaces and we truly are thankful for them.

Glue Down Plank in the basement required a ton of prepwork, maintaining drainage slope & scribing all baseboards to the natural curves of the concrete floor

90% of what we do is prep, and when you’ve done it right the results truly speak for themselves.

Sometimes you have a Cleanout cover that you need to floor over. This can be problematic if a plumber ever needs to gain access.

We usually trim out a small hatch and that works perfectly fine, however this Cleanout fell right in a hallway which was main traffic area. So we have to hide it, while still being able to find it.

We routed out a small notch you can pry a flat head screw driver into and didn’t glue this one plank down so it could be easily removed later

We filled the small notch with color matching silicone. (Which will dry much darker and blend in seamlessly)

Sometimes you have to think ahead, to make sure your not gonna leave the client with a headache in the future . Function video in the comments !

Absolute ground up Renovation!

Demo’d out all the old wooden panelling, the old carpet. Removed a bar with an entire brick wall & fireplace .

We installed the floor, all the trim, we had a bathroom put in, had the entire ceiling sprayed Jet Black, & we absolutely killed these stairs and all the trim necessary to make these stairs really pop

We teamed up with our good friends Lakewood Interiors & Renovations and I couldn’t be more proud of the result
