Kitchen remodeling on a budget. I painted the ceiling, walls, doors, baseboards, window frames and cabinets. The countertop was also painted and had a resin top coat for a mirror finish, then installed all new hardware for the cupboards and new laminate flooring. Not everything has to be new to look new!

This deck was peeling, had several rotton boards, had no footers and was sagging in the front. We added 9 footers with posts, leveled the deck, rebuilt the stairs, replaced all the rotten boards, rebuilt the wooden wall, added side skirting and a gate to get under the deck for storage then stained it all.
