Over a course of 3 days and 2 complete passes/lifts we installed 3 1/2" (R24) of spray foam into all of the exterior wall cavities of this new shop being constructed. The weather had just turned and was getting cold at night so the building owner had rented a herman nelson heater to keep the shop warm at night to prevent and thermal cracking of the new foam.

One of our customers was in the process of building a large addition onto a house and wanted us to insulate the large crawlspace that was underneith it. We sprayed 3" (R21) of Walltite Eco V3 onto the perimeter concrete foundation walls and into the joist end cavities. This insures a nice and tight insulation envelope free from moisture, rodents and bugs! And as this is not a habitied space, no thermal barrier was required over top of the spray foam.

This job for Manitoba Hysro consisted of fireproofing various columns at their new High Voltage Test Facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We used an akrylic intumescent fireprooring paint as the columns were exposed and needed to have a nice finish on them. The building was in full working operation while we did our work so safety was the number one priority. The job took roughly 3 weeks to complete as there was alot of prep involved.
