In search of a part time/ casual carpenter that could lead to full time employment. Will consider an experience worker or motivated labourer (preference to carpenter) to assist in small projects in & around the greater Yorkton, area. Physically demanding work, primary focus on exterior finishes but not limited. 16 yard pour this past Friday, right before the snow, quite a few long days to get this prepped. The week before was 9yards of sidewalk. Projects really taking shape now. Bit more concrete (stairs & sidewalks) & more siding once deliveries come in. Still accepting new clients as well at this time. Thanks!

Big thanks to ECM for trusting Keddy Contracting on in-term managing & working on the new Ma Faamii project right in the heart of Yorkton. To date we’re working alongside multiple subtrades, managing 3 labourers, & have installed 28 windows (Only 4 fixed, 24 casement) 21 stainless steel interior door frames, exterior insulation ongoing, back framing & so much more. We’re very grateful for the opportunity & partnership to bring a new Métis center to town!

Installed a lightly used prehung front door I had extra for a customer saving them over $1000.00 The old wooden one was letting cold air flow through the house. We were able to help them out. Reused the old storm door, jam extensions from finished pine, replaced the exterior & interior trim as well as installed a new electronic dead bolt system.
