Well what a wet and miserable monday but that didnt stop me doing a little clean up for a customer.
Paths and gravel de weeded. Planter dug over just needs the grass cutting once weather cheers up.
Glad to be work working in doors for the next few weeks.

Another big job is coming to an end. I just need to lay new flooring in the office space, fit a new door leading to the bathrooms and sliding doors in the office space then it will be a wrap.

Here are the jobs completed by me.

Kitchen
- Built new stud wall to make way for a new bathroom door and to make the new bathroom bigger.
- Plaster boarded new stud wall on both sides and fitted a new door frame and door.
- Moved and installed a new drain for the kitchen sink.
- Fitted new worktop, sink and electrical tap.
- Painted walls and ceiling with Valspar simplicity interior matt.
- Finished off painting all wood work with walnut wood stain.

Bathroom 1 and 2
- Built a new stud wall for new access to bathroom two.
- Built a dividing wall between bathroom one and two.
- Plaster boarded and prepared all new walls ready for painting.
- Installed new drainage and water feeds for new toilets, sinks and new shower.
- Installed two toilets and two sinks with electrical taps along with vanity units in both. Boxed off the ends with new panels
- Installed a new shower tray and shower in bathroom two.
- Tilled around the sink in the bathroom one, tilled around the sink and toilet in bathroom two and tilled the whole shower area.
- Painted all walls and ceilings with valspar interior matt.
- Fitted new door and door frame in bathroom two.
- Fitted new skirting boards throughout both bathrooms.
- Painted all woodwork with walnut wood stain.
- Finished off with new lino flooring in both bathrooms.

Office space
- Built new stud wall to separate the new office space and garage.
- Removed stud wall in office space once the new wall was up to make office space bigger.
- Removed the second stud wall in office space to make way for new sliding doors.
- Plaster boarded and prepared new stud walls and half finished walls where old doors where in the past. 1 side was already done before i started
- Built new floor frame and laid new floor boards where i extended the office space.
- Fitted new skirting boards throughout office space.
- Fitted new door frame and door leading from the office to the garage space.
- Painted all walls and ceiling with valspar interior matt apart from 1 wall which got painted with Johnson's shadow grey.
- All wood work painted with Johnson`s quick drying gloss.

Electric cable got connected to the metre leading to the shower got installed by a 3rd party.

What a job this has been and what a difference it is now to when i first started. No job is too big or small

Just what you need when your customer bring this out for you when your working out in this heat.

Only thing missing is the rum and a pool. Roll on 5pm 🤣🤣

I haven't posted for a while work has just been really busy and most of the time i forget to take before and after pic. I could really do with someone to do my posts for me. As its hard to find the time. Inbox if your interested lol.

Nice little job completed for one of my regular customer and something new for me. Painting inside a carvan yes but i have never painted the outside. Love my customers keeping me on my toes with new tasks to add to the list of things i do. Would i do it again hmmm yes as what a change to the 50year caravan

All the ouside was washed with sugar soap, sanded down, taped up where needed. 2 coats of primer, 3 coats of white gloss coach paint on the top and roof and 3 coats of green gloss coach paint on the bottom. Finished off with a white silcone.

Few jobs on the outside to do like polishing the trims etc which will be done by the customer and she will be hitting the road.

As spring and summer is nealy upon us i am back out doing my gardening rounds.

This includes.
●Grass cutting & Strimming
●Deweeding of boards and paths
●Hedge trimming
●Jet washing paths and bins
●Paving jobs
●Outside painting of walls, fences and sheds

Here is a little project i have been working on for 1 of my regular customers for the past few months on and off.
Turning this once a 4 bed with 2 bathrooms into a 5 bed all with all en suite bathrooms .
Here is a list of the work carried out by me

Ripping out old bathrooms.
Removing of old stud walls.
Removing of old fire places and blocking them up ready for bonding and plastering
Building new stud walls and plasterboarding them ready for plaster.
First fix plumbing work for en suites
Removing of wallpaper and many more.

Now let the next stage begin 😃

Nice job finished off this week for 1 of my regular customers now on to the next 1 😀

The whole hallway got painted all white back last year so just after photos on this 1 as the customer fancied a little change and freshen up

Most of the walls and ceilings got painted with express white matt emulsion
2 walls painted with Dulux Warm Prewter matt emulsion.
All door frames, doors, skirting boards and part of the banisters painted with Wickes gloss
Rest of the banisters got finished off with Frenchic black jack.
