• A careful position of the uses in ground floor ensures both a density of uses that ensure open facades to all the perimeter; and a public layers that allows the building to be accessed on both sides to create a covered passage.

• The facade takes the colour concept from the neighbouring villas and extends into the slightly coloured pavement. Marks of vegetation or water follow the joints of the pavement to create irregular porous surfaces that create a micro-climate.
