Our architect office is now on duty since 18 years.
We work at all scales, from bespoke private homes and its furniture to commercial developments, urban renewal and cultural spaces.
We tale pride in a tailored and personal approach while regularly joining competitions and audit large study mandate.

Building autorisation has been delivered today (en Force), for this private mansion.

Our team will achieve all details from design to delivery for a client with taste and ambition.

We love to work and advise our clients on quality and outstanding projects. This projects will start building in march 2026.

B29 received a building autorisation for 3 villas in Plan-Les-Ouates in just 4 months !

As part of our activities, our project managers are used to take care of multiples Housing development.

This project illustrates a qualitativ answer to a dwelling need on the Canton of Geneve. Efficiency, sustainability, and quality of light in building are the key words to define our intensions.

We are thrilled to announce that B29 has been named winner 🥇 for the transformation of the ART CENTER « PICTO », in Petit-Saconnex.

This recognition celebrates our skills in technical transformation that has been developped for over 18 years at the office. It is also a reward as we decided to be back to architectural competition and participate more and more on studies of public facilities.

This transformation project is set on 3’566 m2 displayed on 3 storeys. It will be the rebirth of a former Geneva-art-factory.

The building houses contemporary artists such as painters, designers, film-makers, dancers, musician, and theater teams.
It will gather both the space for their production and the space for exhibition under one roof.

The original building from 1964, designed by the Architect Henri Lesemann, will get modernised through an important thermal and energetical renovation process. The transformation is set to reach the HPE-renovation label.

The project will be engaged in sustainable design with high constraints in the field of heritage architecture.

Our office is honored to be part of this journey that is planned for 2026, 2027 and 2028.

Our office is engaged on twice more project than year to date !

Our team is growing, we have named two directors to head this new adventure.

Mathieu Rouillon, 45 years old architect has joined us after more than two decades as architect associated in one of the major geneva firm of architecture.
He is bringing an important knowledge in project management to help us developing our team and our strategy.

Marius Guillemot, 38 years old architect, joined b29 13 years ago with a goal to achieve : made of passion, sincerity, and references from the best architecture offices, he will seat now as Project Director.

We have started the building process of this private mansion located in Vandoeuvres, Geneva.

This construction is HPE (44%) type group housing with 4 apartments.

The building brings together high standard equipment with garages, pool house, swimming pool, home cinema and gym.

Building permit delivered for the transformation of a building of nearly 3,200 m2 in the center of Geneva.

Built in 1970, this building required a complete renovation of its thermal envelope as well as a renewal of its heat production system as well as various updates. The b29 team has developed technical skills and surrounded itself with the best engineers to carry out this major project.

This building brings several complexities:
A renovation in an occupied environment
A mix of programs: housing, shops, and offices
An HPE renovation energy label
A BREEAM label objective
A building site in the heart of the city

The project proposes to answer to these technical constraints but also to review the design of this urban building to integrate it into a new life cycle.
