Residenza la torre di Eva, Via Mazzini 11 Lugano-Loreto
Sono in corso le opere di finitura sia interne che esterne dell’edificio.
I ponteggi verranno smontati a fine aprile e permetteranno di ammirare le facciate terminate come anche il tetto panoramico con vista lago a 180° sul Golfo di Lugano.
Ancora disponibile il penultimo piano con vista lago e il piano sottostante.
Abbiamo ancora la possibilità di vendere uno degli appartamenti con residenza secondaria.

Derzeit sind die Innen- und Außenausbauarbeiten des Gebäudes im Gange.
Die Gerüste werden Ende April demontiert und ermöglichen es, die fertiggestellten Fassaden sowie das panoramische Dach mit einem 180°-Seeblick über den Golf von Lugano zu bewundern.
Der vorletzte Stock mit Seeblick sowie das darunterliegende Stockwerk sind noch verfügbar.
Zudem besteht noch die Möglichkeit, eine der Wohnungen als Zweitwohnsitz zu verkaufen.

Residenza La Torre di Eva, Via Mazzini 11, Lugano-Loreto
Interior and exterior finishing works of the building are currently underway.
The scaffolding will be removed by the end of April, allowing the completed façades to be admired, as well as the panoramic rooftop with a 180° lake view over the Gulf of Lugano.
The penultimate floor with lake view and the floor below are still available.
There is also still the possibility to sell one of the apartments as a secondary residence.
