4m high, bright and quiet office space in shared studio to sublet

We – a studio partnership of professionals in the field of architecture, interior architecture, design, photography and web development – rent out an optically separated segment of our open office. The area (52.7m2) offers space for 6-8 workplaces.
The four-meter high room is on the top floor of a commercial property located directly behind Bahnhof Zurich Altstetten (Vulkanplatz). Direct train connections to Central Station (4min) and Aiport (20min), tramways, and buses are just outside the door and the highway access is only 200m away

We are looking for new “room-mates” of any field wanting to share our spirit of innovation and creativity in a nice, light-filled and quiet workspace.

The office is fully equipped including internet access. Kitchenette, meeting room with presentation screen, model workshop, and multifunctional room / photo studio are available for sharing. If desired, it can be partially furnished.

Start of rental 1 October or by appointment.
