We are delighted to present the latest completed residential project by 踏熟HOUSEOfLOCI.
True simplicity requires restraint. In this space, light and shadow, weight and lightness, rough and smooth textures are orchestrated like a quiet symphony.
The layout is choreographed to respond to human movement.
Functional blocks—bar, storage, vertical circulation—are defined using rich green tiles to guide the eye and shape flow. Walking through feels intuitive and free, yet quietly structured. Here, emptiness allows life to paint the canvas.

材料组合的秩序，简约的背后是细节的克制，留白是让生活自己填满画布。材料的厚重与轻盈、光线的收放、肌理的变化构筑出光的层次成了微妙的对比。在这里，秩序并不意味着冰冷，而是一种隐藏于细节之中的和谐感。每一个布置的选择都回应着人的需求，让空间成为记忆的载体，赋予日常生活的意义。
踏熟在是次四川成都的肆久私宅别墅项目中设计始于对空间关系的梳理，在居住的公共空间用单一材质统一墙顶与地面，弱化对空间边界的感知；在此基础上置入不同的功能块，如吧台储物区，楼电梯交通盒，入户玄关等，用肌理感较强的釉面手工砖赋予这些功能盒子识别度，绿色的功能盒错落在起居空间的周围，既界定了功能分区，又保证了视线的穿透与连贯，人在其中穿行，既有功能盒子的围合感，又有自由穿行的流动感。公共空间中固定家具的设置如同场所中的艺术作品，一方面限定空间，另一方面在统一的体块语系中，通过材料的变化传递艺术感。

A Space with Warmth: Design You Can Feel🪴 We are delighted to present the latest completed residential project by 踏熟HOUSEOfLOCI.
Interior design project in Chengdu explores the quiet power of simplicity. Beyond what the eyes see, the body senses: the touch of warm wood, the softness of textiles, the texture of the walls.
These sensory cues define comfort.
A gentle combination of tactile materials creates a calm, slow-living atmosphere—what we envision as the ideal of home: soft, grounded, and deeply human.

住进有温度的家，每一处细节都让人放松
是次四川成都的肆久私宅别墅项目，设计实践中持续探讨的重要议题是自然材料以简约的形制应用。空内设计同样包括眼睛看不到的，而是手能触碰、身体能感受到的。布料的质地、墙面的细节、甚至空气的流动，都在说：「欢迎回家」。作品的温度，是设计师与居住者共同定义的生活节奏。
触感是最直接的感知。温润的木质、细腻的布艺、略带粗糙肌理的墙面，让居所不仅仅是一个功能场所，而是一个有温度的容器，让蕴含亲和力的材料组合诠释理想居所，舒适而松弛，并体现静㴵的生活场景。

A Home That Breathes: Simplicity in Natural Materials 🍃 We are delighted to present the latest completed residential project by 踏熟HOUSEOfLOCI. In
The essence of spatial design is to create places where we can breathe with ease.
In this private residence project, natural materials—wood, stone, textured white brick—are expressed in their purest forms. The courtyard was excavated to bring light into the lower-level master bedroom.
Handmade tiles become a canvas for changing light, while greenery and gravel introduce gentle outdoor elements indoors.
Unlike the public zones, the bedroom embraces a sense of privacy with warm wood tones and soft textures, echoing Barragán’s philosophy of serenity and introspection.

自然材料的纯粹表达, 回家是一种深呼吸🍃
空间设计的本质，是让人在空间感觉舒畅及好好呼吸。天然材质用最纯粹的方式呈现，木质、石材、肌理墙面，每一样都保留自然的样貌，像是一场对日常生活的疗愈。没有过度的装饰，留下材质与光线对话的空间，致敬建筑师巴拉甘的沉静场域。
庭院下挖半层为主卧引入更多采光，白色的手工砖材质是光影变换的映射，绿植与碎石，为此私人区域增添几分自然趣味。主卧的设计逻辑则与公共区域相反，通过木料与软包，强调卧室的包裹感与私密感，书架与陈列给卧室增加了一个空间层次，凸显主人的个人趣味。

The welcoming natural materials symbolize ”softness,“ balancing the building‘s core structure. Wood finishes appear consistently across different functional areas, dividing spaces, forming wall panels, or creating storage units. Wooden square partitions installed beside office desks serve as screens while making the space visually cleaner and more organized, conveying a sense of order. Extensive use of soft partitions throughout the office softens spatial perception, increases visual privacy, and reduces sound reflection. Warm-toned terrazzo used for floors and tabletops complements the wood finishes, with rich warm tones bringing warmth to occupants. Textured tiles on high-traffic area walls and floors create rich visual interest through subtle color variations.

We are delighted to present the latest completed workplace project by 踏熟HOUSEOfLOCI. A Dialogue Between Strength and Softness in Materials. The material application combines traditional and modern textures through a balance of “strength and softness.” We preserved the building’s exposed concrete ceiling and construction, directly revealing the original structure and highlighting the site’s inherent character. Galvanized metal pipes and glass divide individual offices.Material blocks create tonal contrasts. White and wood tones serve as primary colors throughout the space, complemented by blue-gray floor coverings and red linear pendant lights. These brightful and energetic colors inject passion and vitality. We avoided high-temperature cool white lighting, opting instead for warm-toned fixtures to create a natural, welcoming atmosphere. The pendant lights also avoid the monotonous effect of uniform office lighting, helping people focus better on desk work.

Latest completed workplace project in Beijing China headquarters for the culture and media group HuaSheng Media. The design efficiently utilizes fragmented spaces. Window-adjacent areas are reserved for workstations, bringing in natural light, while storage rooms, courier shelves, and printing areas requiring less illumination are placed in interior zones. The pantry and restrooms are unified at the northern end, integrating rest and social areas to distinguish work and leisure spaces. A publication display area specially set along the corridor’s left side showcases the company‘s creative content and achievements, presenting its corporate image and character.

We are delighted to present the latest completed workplace project by 踏熟HOUSEOfLOCI. Design creates clear spatial rhythms for an intuitive overall layout. The basic floor plan follows the existing building‘s orientation, presenting an L-shape turned horizontally. From the southern entrance, a flowing central corridor connects the entire office. Large open spaces on both sides of the corridor accommodate rows of workstations, enhancing team communication. Individual offices and small meeting rooms are positioned at spatial turning points and between different teams, corresponding to different departments. This layout facilitates departmental collaboration, reduces walking distances, and reflects modern work values emphasizing ”cohesion“ and ”communication.“

Exploring possibilities in workplace design. We are delighted to present the latest completed workplace project by 踏熟HOUSEOfLOCI. Share the design ideas to enhance creativity into workpalce while creating a clean, efficient, and openminded work environment. This was our starting point when designing the Beijing China headquarters for the culture and media group HuaSheng Media. We continued to explore fresh expressions while building upon traditional office space foundations. As a lifestyle media platform and comprehensive design chain platform, the company group present diverse lifestyles through their media brand and design content. To echo their tone and content, we employed harmonious yet dynamic color combinations to shape the spatial atmosphere, using material textures and forms to manifest the company‘s lifestyle philosophy and aesthetic principles.
