O**M are a four-piece instrumental rock band originating from Tokyo, Japan.
New inspiration gained during their 2014 European tour spurred O**M to radically change their musical direction. This development saw the band take on a more expressive style of playing defined by the members as "metal-oriented instrumental rock," with a heavier and more aggressive approach built onto their core sound.

xiaohe, an iconic figure of chinese folk and avant-garde music in the 2000s,
performed solo concerts around the world in an improvised way
which blends folk, surrealistic and mystical elements.
these distinctive shows brought unprecedented feelings
and gave an unforgettable memory to the audience.

unexpectedly, in that night, we didn’t know yet
it would be xiaohe’s last improvised solo concert.
it took three years to realize that the chrysalis had been transfiguring.
this artist would soon march on another spiritual realm…

Yue Space presents an evening of off kilter sounds and mesmerizing soundscapes featuring DFA89 and Andreea Hriscu, Gogoj, and Zpax. This particular performance will be the second and final crossover between DFA89’s doom drones and Andreea Hriscu’s performance painting. Come in under the shadow.
