All mansion stairs are custom made to suit individual requirements. Therefore we always provide a complimentary measure, quote and design service;

We only offer "bottom line price" in order to equally treat customers who're weak in haggling over price, so we don't gouge or negotiate. Lead time
Normal steel stairs on our catalogue can generally be shipped 21 working days after the receipt of all details
Coming designs on stairs structure can extend the lead time to 30 working days or more. Packing
Each stair will be supplied in kit forms one or several plywood (non-solid wood,) crate, after all parts will be packed with polyfoam & carton paper. Building Regulation
Since different countries/areas go with different building regulations or codes (some countries not), such as BS 5395, BCA, we strongly recommend you to contact and consult your local building inspector or bring drawing we offer you to them for checking prior to order. We always have nice idea to make your stairs comply with your building code, since we have experienced much already. After-Sales Service
