Sales Manager Europe
Position Summary:
*Senior Sales Manager, Europe will be responsible for all assigned customer engagement, focus on critical account management & develop new business opportunities in Europe.
*Senior Sales Manager, Europe will dedicate to deliver company valued product & service solution to target customers, closely work with Business Unit to carry out Corporate’s strategy. Sales Manager, Europe Region will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team.
*Also, Senior Sales Manager, Europe need to manage corporate’s YY systems and will be responsible for sales management from YY, including existing business maintain and anti- competition, New business development.
Primary Responsibilities And Duties
*Lead the team and cultivate individual salespeople.
*Drive revenue growth & market share maintain/penetration in target customers.
*Set up role model of getting familiar with industry knowledge, product knowledge, provide customers with solutions.
*Understand customer’s business and technology road map. Develop and execute account strategy plan to promote Entegris value-added solution to customer, achieve sales target.
*Closely work with supporting team for new project bidding/Contract preparation/after-sales service
Set annual/quarterly/monthly sales target, complete the sales target.
*Make development plan for the regional market, conduct regional market analysis and research, develop the regional market, report the process of market development.
*Maintain active and positive relationship with customers, improve and update customer profile information.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor and above degree, majored in science and engineering is preferred.
*3+ years sales experience.
*experience in food machinery, food packing machinery,medicine packing machinery, similar process.
*Familiar with direct and channel sales mode; successful sales record.
Good communication skill; logical thinking; self-Motivated, can work under pressure.
*Good command of English, both in writing and speaking.
