Awards News - Hexa Intl Plaza Finalist in RICS Awards | RICS China summit 2022 and RISC China awards celebration were held on October 21. The Hexa International Plaza, designed by logon.design, finalist as the “Regeneration Project of the Year”.

Sheng Xiang R&D Park In Service | Recently, the phase 2 of Sheng Xiang R&D Park was completed and put into use. With a year of successful operation, phase 1 has gathered more than 40 well-known enterprises. It has become a characteristic industrial park known for the integration of "industry, urban, people and culture". The total planning area of Shengxiang R&D Park is 110,151 sqm, with a total GFA of 160,687 sqm. The masterplan took the principles of efficiency, flexibility and ecology.

Junwon Center Breaking Ground. The Junwon Center project is located in Lingang New Area, Shanghai. The total construction area of the project is 33,600 sqm, with a total investment of 350 million. The project is designed as a three-star green building and an ultra-low energy consumption building. After the project is completed, it will become a new low-carbon, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, healthy and comfortable science and technology space.

Hexa International Center Grand Opening
Hexa International Plaza was completely upgraded to a Grade A landmark office building in downtown Beijing. In close cooperation with AEW and Hony Capital, logon has designed the building with the goal of enhancing asset value. The Hexa building is certificates as WELL Gold which focus on the healthy and comfortable working environment.

logon Builds ESG Innovation Platform
logon has built an ESG innovation platform to support sustainable design. The platform members and the design team share knowledge and work together. It becomes an interactive platform for clients. The members to communicate and understand client needs, helping them to analysis and clarify goals, to assess environmental certification systems and to develop right sustainable strategies for the projects. Couple of projects on going is designed based on the guidelines of Ultra Low Energy, Passive Building, LEED, WELL, Reset, etc.
